Does LMPD really NOT require any paperwork FROM THE OFFICERS in this situation? That truly amazes me. Not the CO, the OFFICERS involved?

was there a story on the handicapped guy when he came back? or is this just now coming to light to make the story more interesting?

Yeah, and a whole lot of people "knew" Stan Curtis and Paul Barth too. If you were not there, then you do not know what they did there. In any other agency, the officers would have been doing paperwork - only in LMPD have I heard that it is the C.O.s responsibility, when obviously, he wasn't even THERE until he was called to the scene. How could he do paperwork when he wasn't there? Now, even if they did it perfect, anything they say will be questioned because they can rightfully be accused of making up details. DO PAPERWORK!!!
