Louisville police run-in with lieutenant colonel leads to investigation, more training

The LTC approached the officer. He was free to leave. He requested a Supervisor. A supervisor was called. He was still not in cuffs. While waiting for the sergeant that he requested, is when the LTC escalated the situation, becoming more disorderly and caused the officers to have a reasonable apprehension of an imminent physical attack by the Colonel.
