Negative. There would be no "trouble" because nothing was done wrong to bring "trouble". This man is lucky that he encountered officers willing to use their statute given discretion to not arrest him. Most likely because they respected his service to country. The officers did nothing wrong.

Let's see. By policy, force was used. Even a supervisor showed up. No AIR was done for the force used or presentation of the ECW. Ooops. He was "unarrested", but by law was in custody, in cuffs and not allowed to leave. Then it was, oops, I am just gonna let you go since I did a poor investigation in the first place. Almost as bad as Lainhart's LEGAL gun run. Yes, I am being nit picky, but what do you think downtown will do.
