I'm 250lbs my beat partner 225lbs neither of us are fat, we had one hell of a time getting a 56 year old under control. It all depends on what they're on! I have been in the military and I do my best to get a hold of their chain of command when I have an issue(happens alot just never in the paper). The suspect forced the officers hand. Remember someone called 911. We have to respond we have to investigate that is our job.
