Retired LMPD police officer Brian Cordy died Wednesday, May 4th at the age of 42.
Brian was the stepson of retired officer, Butch Winstel. He was also a Marine Corp veteran of Operation Desert Shield / Storm and an active member of River City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #614.
Visitation for Brian will be from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 9th at Owen Funeral Home in Jeffersontown, located at 9318 Taylorsville Road. His funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at noon, also at Owen Funeral Home.
Burial services will be conducted at th Kentucky Veterans Cemetery in Radcliff, KY following the funeral service.
