Thanks Glenda...

The members of FOP Lodge # 614 would like to express their pride and gratitude for one of our very own. Six years ago, Glenda Lehman along with a handful of other spouses, significant others and family members formed the Auxilliary Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police for Louisville Lodge # 6. The Auxilliary Lodge began taking care of business right away. They began hosting functions for family members like a children's Christmas Party for FOP members and their families, a Halloween extravaganza and fundraisers so that they would be self sufficient. Their main mission was to help families of our members sick and in distress. This Lodge has worked tirelessly in achieving their goals.

Jefferson County Lodge #14 never had an Auxilliary Lodge. Glenda and her staff stepped up to the plate and formed FOP Auxilliary Lodge # 614 to coincide with the merger of the Active Lodge's # 6 and # 14. They recently signed up 19 new members at our Annual picnic.

I have saved the best for last though. Last year our Auxilliary Lodge was named Auxilliary Lodge of the year by the Grand Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police. At this years fall conference Glenda was elected President of the Kentucky State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police. Congratulations Glenda! Anita Simkins was elected as Lodge #614 President. Special thanks to all the Auxilliary members that work tirelessly to support our Officers.
