This murder should have been in prison. There is no reason with the history he had should he have been on the streets. Blame the Jeff co judges who let him out. Maybe some day judges will be held accountable for their actions. People need the right to sue the sh##t out of them and collect, then maybe they would do their job and keep bas&rds like this in jail where they belong.
