This murder should have been in prison. There is no reason with the history he had should he have been on the streets. Blame the Jeff co judges who let him out. Maybe some day judges will be held accountable for their actions. People need the right to sue the sh##t out of them and collect, then maybe they would do their job and keep bas&rds like this in jail where they belong. I hope he gets the death sentence passed on him in court. But then it will take 25 years of appeals to kill the rat. There is no justice for people like this.

After being charged with two counts of attempted murder of a police officer in 2006, Taylor was again arrested in 2008 for attempted murder.
