the only cars at HQ that are new is the commanders....the 90ish dets assigned to major crimes, that includes CACU have crap for cars for the most part. Over 45 cars have more than 110,000 miles. Many over 140,000 and a dozen over 150,000 and a couple over 170,000 miles....
