Talk about the police car situation... While we were under the direction of Chief Burks--- who had no clue what was going on from day to day--- Yvette and Ozzy made sure that All Lieutenants received new unmarked vehicles to include themselves.

Makes me sick to go downtown and look in the parking lot, every city car at headquarters is new. Thank you Ozzy and Yvette.
