Why not spend the money used toward statistics involving racial profiling and gear it toward a youth event. Why is this Dept calculating and keeping up with the vehicle stop forms if for 7-8 years the information has not went toward anything? Is the taxpayers going to have to foot the bill every 8 years and pay to have a survey conducted by SPI. 50,000 can go a long way with our youth, give them something to do and keep them off the streets.
