This chief is not going to change anything. He is going to collect his check just like White did and do nothing. You might as well accept it. This command staff is here to stay. He was part of the last mess under White (until he left) and he will keep the same mess in command while he is here. Everyone who thought there would be change got "snowballed" so you might as well quit complaining, it is NOT going to change. I'll bet my pension on it.
