I haven't been, but I'm won't even try to say I'm beyond making a mistake one day & being publicly shamed for less than significant infractions is no way to treat adults IMO. I get it when it's something serious, but some of the stuff that ends up getting emailed out is just ridiculous & really just fuels petty gossip. I have heard simple things turned into dramatic versions of epic proportions. It's stupid.

Give me a break! Everyone knows when they are doing wrong. Nobody needs to read about somebody else's mistake to know what not to do. PAR's are only feul for those who love to hear gossip.
