it is not "details" that he is out on all the time. IT is SD time from being in too many special positions (IE>>> health and safety, range officer, instructor, explorer adviser and I am sure I am missing some). He is off his beat more than on it and every time he is told NO that he cannot go on a requested assignment he goes and cries to a LT, Major or a certain COL (hi big guy) to get his way. It would be better if they just put him in somewhere where he did not effect platoon manpower every time
