LMPD trying to identify officer photographed apparently sleeping in car

Not that I want to defend but he did put his time in. When did he come on 05 -06 that's about halfway through. Either way someone has to do whatever details or community face times come up so if you don't want to (I sure don't ) let him go. Its a win win. Detail is filled, you dont have to work with someone you don't like.
