Sheriff's deputy falls ill, dies while on duty

you can post rules all day long but there was an officer stung by a bee while driving his patrol car while on duty who died due to his allergy & he was classified LODD. Even ended up on ODMP, the source site for your info. So tell me how a guy who happens to be allergic to bees gets stung while he happens to be on duty would qualify but this heart attack may be ineligible? heart attacks can be attributed to mental & emotional stress, not just physical. it is a slippery slope to try to argue a stress at work absolutely did not cause his heart attack.
