Minerva alway's had others do the job for her. She started all those citizen police academy classes, then she had people teach the class for her. She would not even show up.

She never done what the News/Courier Journal gave her praise for. Each of us know that.

This was a wasted position that she held for many, many years. I'm glad she is gone. Another position for a good officer to fill.

I personally glad she's gone!!! She always pushed her off duty job while she was working for the PD. PeAcE!
