it won't be but there is roll call training starting in August for everyone. The C/Os have already received the briefing (via email) on this. All I can say is it is screwed up and will take the officers off the street for more time while we are down on runs due to manpower. But hell, if they are OK with it let it ride. When the complaints come in we can explain it that the new policy and LAP program is holding officers out longer. Condolences to the public who have to wait.
