Officer Mattingly Terminated from Police Department

If cops are drug dealers, why are drug dealers driving cadillacs with gold plated wheels and the cops are driving crown victorias at best. Newby was an armed drug dealer, and the LMPD, mainly Officer Mattingly, did my family and my children a favor by taking him off of the streets.
