I believe as intended, the correct word would be "punctuationally". Plus, you have a habit of creating run-on sentences which are just as wrong as the posters you are trying to correct. You are now providing the fodder for the rest of us. Quit correcting everyone and just state your peace. Or, like yourself, the rest of us will start correcting you. Oh, it should be "time and time again". Be careful, you are showing the same weakness.
