Louisville police chief wants study to prove department doesn't use racial profiling

I doubt if he cares that you don't like him. It doesn't take much for people to not like you on the police department and someone is always waiting to hate on you. Breathe wrong and someone will not like you for the rest of your career so I say who cares!
