Louisville police chief wants study to prove department doesn't use racial profiling

We are just a daycare for kids with guns. How many of the younger folks on the department just keep bellyaching over things they have no control over and that don't affect their paycheck. I agree. Wear the proper uniform, answer your runs, use your discretion while you still have it, go to court, and enjoy the check in the bank that you get every two weeks.
