Who cares? Go apply to be in charge of the explorers, be a health and safety officer, volunteer to do any and everything under the sun that might spark some overtime. That’s what he does. You don’t have to like it, but he EARNS the money he makes by working the hours doing whatever it is the dept. allows him to do on overtime. I have no opinion of the guy either way, never worked with him. If you want to be the 7th highest paid officer on the dept I suggest you apply/attempt to do all those
