New Kentucky State Police cruisers will be Chevrolets instead of Fords

...IF Metro Government opts for the all-wheel drive option (front-wheel drive is standard), and the EcoBoost V-6.

Those options cost money...and we know the track record for doing the "logical thing" where equipping the police is concerned...

Ok, no innuendo. The new KSP cruiser looks pathetic. Image and perception matter in law enforcement. KSP is a bada$$ agency, and it is a shame they will be driving cars that look like something driven by window salesmen. I don't think anyone is disputing the performance of the car. It may be phenomenal (I don't know), but it doesn't look fitting for KSP, or LMPD for that matter.
