In theory, you can be found not guilty in court and still have violated a policy. Why else do you think PSU will be investigating the situation? Don't believe me? Just ask James Hellinger... he no longer works here, but he was found not guilty in court also.

It's not hard to find a policy to violate. Show up to work and you have violated something.
