I also was BA certified and could not do my own.... STUPID!! also it makes no sense for the BA to start the 20 minutes over when you get to the jail.... That 20 minutes it to make sure they have not put anything in their mouth.... All the contact on the stop and drive to the book should count and would count if I were allowed to do my own BA..... Agreed, A monkey could do.
