OK, so here is my question to you... when have you EVER seen a position open stating a specific race need not apply? The reason blacks "cry" racism is because of their perception whether it is real or imagined. If a black person plays by all the rules, goes to college, gets several degrees, and then gets a fantastic job, there will be many whites whispering they only got that position because they are black, especially when "more qualified" whites were passed up.
