Leadership and integrity is a joke at LMPD. When we have a Sgt who has been told he is being moved from his current position for not doing his job and has been able to say where he wants to go. When the person who is going to replace him has to be a minority OFFICER (no sgt & whites need not apply) by order of a certain Col in the front office. This place is not about how you do your job but who you are and who has your back. Nothing has changed and (although I am still hoping it does) I see nothing
