Not sure why its suddenly not practical. Even if it were just a few units per shift I think it would help.

Ask for training??????? Are you kidding me? Why ask as requests are routinely denied. The old you have to ask BEFORE the training budget is complete. But what if he training. Is announced AFTER??? Yet RCW and kool aid Buck had enough to travel to Isreal. What a joke, ask fOr training!!!!!!
