so your saying that the "OFFICER'S" that are busting hump to get you in and out are going to pay for the "GUARDS" that sit on their asses and get upset you bring us job security, I do not see how that is fair to Officer's like me that do not shut the grill down and will continue bringing your prisoner's in until relieved by the next shift, how would you react if you got called to the commanders office and got in trouble because of other Officer's that have little or no activity......you can't mass
