Why do people always think you "wait out" for a good contract? I'm not saying we should lay down and accept what's offered, but contract negotiations are hard talks. No one wants to give anything. I'm just saying "waiting out" doesn't always mean something better will surely come. City attorneys are very POWERFUL!
