Normally I would support our Corrections guys on this, but after standing in the book for over an hour today while they did blue forms is unacceptable. They had plenty of people in their sitting down doing nothing. There is no reason any of us should have been there so long. We were running short on officers tonite. While I was in the book other guys were picking up my runs. Even some of the Corrections guys were saying it's bull crap what was going on inside. Shift change is ridiculous enough, but for everyone to shut the grill down to do paperwork an hour before you get off is lazy and stupid.
