People have been complaining for 30 plus years with no results...You new jail director told the media recenty there is not a problem for long waits at booking....He said only at derby and during special details... U CAN'T FIX A PROBLEM THAT HAPPENS DAILY, IF U DONT ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM!!!
