Your attempt to make a point is epic fail! Here is how: You say, "...when there is one morsel of a case, it is exploited in gross proportions by the department heads, mayor's office and media." I politely ask what are you talking about when you say they are exploiting anything other than administering discipline or reporting the infraction? Do you have a clear understanding of what "exploiting" means? It means taking advantage of a dire situation for one's own gain especially in a conniving way. When someone lies and tries to use the councilwoman's grandson as an example of how Metro Government is ran, that is exploitation and you know it! And your last sentence is a babbling mess. At best it is a contradiction of thought. Why would anyone who is the subject of a slanderous story be eager to defend anyone who is guilty?
