Police shoot and kill dog who attacked mail carrier

In my opinion, the new procedure actually takes some huge steps in the right direction. It was very clear that it is by no means an attempt to take away court pay. I would love to be headed to court, get a phone call while enroute saying that my case was handled, walk into the lounge, clock in, chat with my buddies for a few minutes, clock out 5 minutes after I clocked in, and then go home. And all of that could be done without waiting till noon for a PD who has a bazillion circuit cases and nobody knows where they are at.
