This story is about black people. They live in the area in question. There are no white folks telling this story and crying foul.

This is the same Bishop Lyons who asked a certain Major about having only black officers police in the west end. That is racist if you ask me. Sounds like Bishop Lyons wants segregation.

If I had a dollar for everytime the community said this since the 1970's I would be a millionaire... The news should put compilation together of every news story together of people saying this since the 70's and the story would be like 10 hours long of "stop the violence".
