I'm just curious. Was the victim arrested for wanton endangerment like Detective McKenzie Mattingly? Those rounds he fired off had to land somewhere. What was the purpose of firing off the rounds? Was the suspect a threat to the victim anymore? Was he a threat to someone else on the street? It appears he was driving away. Wouldn't that be like running away after committing a forcible felony? Say, like, robbing someone? I'm actually on the side of the victim in this case. I just think it's ironic
