Just heard 2 things that made me laugh. The report in the Courier on how our narcotics unit was doing so great and how the beat officer is finally sharing information with them. I always thought it was the other way around that the secret squirrels up there never wanted to tell the beat officer what was going on until we found it then they wanted to get involved. The second was that Manning (West Buechel Chief) got canned. MY question is why does that department need a police force as they do not
