I agree by closing down the projects all mayor jer did was displace all the scum that lived there. I know most who read this will think BS, but here in St.Matthews we are busy and stay busy most days. Mall gate and west berry apts are full of dope dealers, addicts and thieves. Jtown is having the same problems as well in many of their apartment complexes. The point is you can't escape crime anymore here in the Metro area unless you move out of county.

You are absolutely right. If it wasn't for merger there wouldn't be any real police in the areas outside the Watterson to deal with the increase in crime.
