And they do not represent rescue at all. Yes, in many parts of the state, certain rescue functions are done by a separate entity, even Jefferson County has a specialized rescue squad that assists LMPD on occasion. But if they get hurt, SH does not represent them at all - nor do they represent dispatch. (And again, think outside Jefferson County, in some places, the dispatch center is where child custody exchanges take place and where people go to get EPOs and such.)
