He is a Health and Safety Officer and gets called out at all hours of the day and night when we have an exposed officer. He is on call 24/7, hence the O.T. Four H&S officer positions were posted not so long ago. Did you put in for it so you could be on call every hour of the day and night for O.T.? I doubt it. Quit hating. Who cares if he’s arrogant, we all have issues. Will he kill a MF’er who’s trying to kill me? Probably, and that’s all that matters. Get over it or put in for a job that gets O.T.
