New LMPD chief says no immediate changes

Just an FYI, I am aware Explorers is volunteer. I also never said he worked for or with Supporting Heroes. He is trying to create (or has already created actually) his own KNOCKOFF of Supporting Heroes, which I think is a joke. SH does damn fine work and his attempt is only a distraction to that. I want to know why he tries to RUN everything he gets involved in. He tries to run Explorers like a 30yr vet. I've heard this from other advisors as well as current and past explorers (some that are now policemen). He is trying to run his own little SH imitation and of course he does the CCDW thing, too, on top of trying to (for a short lived moment) have an off duty services contracting company when he was still within his first couple years on the street. I never once said these are avenues for his earning OT. That is a whole different ballgame and I'd love to know how he earns it all, too. The kid is too arrogant and inexperienced to be teaching and acting the way he does. I was embarrassed when I saw his cocky attitude at the explorer summer camp on the news. He has already made plenty of enemies with his attitude. I've been around for a long time and I have never seen someone exemplify "every man for himself" like KB does. He doesn't care who he steps on to get where he wants to go. This career is about him and only him, not his fellow cops, not his community. Selfishness is a dangerous character trait in this line of work.
