First of all it really dont hurt the cars to run 5000 - 6000 on and oil changes. But the big problem is how much NAPA charged for parts...crazy price hike thats the real problem. I do agree that it does seem that the shop does that a long time to get cars in and out. However i have had good luck. I think some of the problem is the two differnt unions work against each other......dont really know just saying GO UNION
