New LMPD chief says no immediate changes

AHHHHH are u that stupid..... I told you what the Corrections Chief has said over and over.... Our Chief should be vocal about long eaits when ee take 85% of the inmates there. Also its a METRO GOVERNMENT agency and each leader treats it like their own KINGDOM!! The Mayors for the last 40 years has done nothing to fix easy basic problems the low level employees could solve...
