Le sigh. Stop over & misusing ellipses (........). Please proofread if you want anyone to value your opinion OR more importantly, take it seriously. Also, it's "powers that be" not "to be". Why do people misuse such common phrases? I'm not a grammar nazi, but your post reads like a 16 yr old girl texted it to us.
