A lot of potential changes we won't even see or hear till long after they happen. We may see certain CO's start acting like adults. Let's hope. If anyone is hoping that we are going to get a great big raise, or that we are going to get 300 new cars this year because Chief Conrad said so to the Mayor, ain't gonna happen.
