Woman arrested after pointing, "small plastic orange handgun" at cop

Anyone who cares about the attitude of the dispatcher is worrying about the wrong thing. If the dispatcher sounds like they have a chip on their shoulder, why do you even care? I have been around for a while and couldn't even tell you the name of any of the dispatchers. It's just a radio.
