Woman arrested after pointing, "small plastic orange handgun" at cop

Good points especially reports dispatched on cars on the other side of the district. I run a shift a lot and it won't happen if I hear it come out. Not to say some sgts are afraid to hold anything. Guess they want to look good in front of their commanders. Sending a car 10 miles off his location to make a run on somebodys beat who is hanging off the air (you know who the regulars are is bul##itt.) Not answering your radio cause you see what is pending is another problem we have. Nothing is done to these officers so why should anybody care, this problem will continue until the dispatchers start dropping these people in. Yes i,ll get a lot of flack about this but officers your job is really only one thing ANSWER YOUR RADIO MAKE YOUR RUNS. That's not asking a lot. Someone asked me about my job one time I told them I had the best job in the world, I could do anything while working as long as I did what I was asked. Maybe you disagree, but that's what this site is all about right? ps: anyone who says they never get a break during their shift is a liar, i've worked all three.

Speaking of happy dispatchers, Wtf is wrong with tb and his attitude on the radio?? He sounds like the most disgruntled person I've ever heard. I can't help it if you were born with a head shaped like an oversized lightbulb and they won't let you be a police officer, try to be a little more cheerful. ;-)
