Not everybody has an MDT to see whats holding. Occasionally somebody might need to go to the transmitter or MDT Central and are asking in case they are about to be dispatched before they leave their beat. I have seen recently, runs holding on the MDT that are not being dispatched. I am not sure why, but lately some dispatchers have not sent on holding runs even when several cars are clear. I find it odd, maybe what we see is different than what they see sometimes. I don't ask personally, because
