Sorry pal, YOU are foolish (you can't possibly look foolish, because I cannot see you or even care to). I know there is a high dollar amount put on a seizure, but in this case you'd be lucky to get $100 for that brief seizure we are discussing. It's not like the lad transported the people across town and kept them for several hours. You just had to chime in where you didn't belong, didn't you?

Let me guess, you think anyone who brought suit in this case would be award millions of dollars, right? You have mild retardation.

Except that he was impersonating an officer. Unless it can be proved that officers conspired with him to do it -he he is a private citizen who committed a crime for which he can still be charged.

Please remember.... this kid is a private citizen; he was acting on his own when he committed his crimes. He was neither employed by Metro Government, nor working as an agent for metro gov't. or any other body of government. With this being said-- he could be personally named in a civil suit (as a private citizen), but it would be difficult to file suit against the same government for which he's accused of committing a crime against (stealing the metro gov't. owned police car). If anything, metro gov't. should be suing him (for falsely representing metro government and causing defamation to its image. Instead of suing anybody, it would just make the most sense for the Commonwealth to criminally prosecute this moron to the fullest extent of the law. Maybe after spending a couple of years in prison, he'll think twice the next time he feels like stealing a police car and impersonating a police officer. If it's true that KB (motherf***'n kool aid) was trying to make this all go away, in order to help this criminal get hired by the department - then he also needs to be investigated and knocked down a few ranks or even fired. It's hard to be proud of your own department when the upper command thinks it's okay to hire these idiots with criminal records, and others who are unfit for the job. Maybe "kool aid" should be illegal, because some of our "top" commanders are drinking too much of it. PLEASE Chief Conrad, if you care about this department hopefully you will make some serious changes to the appointed command staff!!!
